Our herd of Black Angus, from local seedstock, are well adapted to the Western Sonoma County climate. They thrive on grass and alfalfa, and are never fed grain, byproducts, or fillers of any kind.
They're delicious because we watch the grass very carefully, and we rotate them regularly, depending on the grass, the weather, the season, and good common sense.
We treat them with respect, and they respond with good strong weight gain, healthy calves, and the glossiest coats I've seen.
